Elfinlocks Posted February 12 Share Posted February 12 Bug fixes (Client and Server): Previously global presets would null when using CTRL + L shortcut or ::loadlastpreset, this has been addressed and they should work as intended. Pets should now correctly update when dropping them with an existing pet out (instead of having previous pets effect). An issue with some conflicting AreaControllers have been resolved. Some tasks wouldn't reset properly after their timer hit 0, this has been addressed. A few systems weren't updated to place rewards into your Event Storage, this has been corrected. An issue with ranged has been patched. Some items were protected even when red skulled (and being tradeable), this has been fixed. The client texture mapping used to bug out, for the majority of items this has been addressed, some items may still need to be updated. An issue with textures going "black" whilst doing various animations has been fixed. Chamber of Xerics and Catacombs of the Forsaken bosses have had their stats reduced more in line with Ancestrals combat system. An issue with the Mystery box code (Scrolling items) have been fixed and should no longer cause mass client lag. Some interfaces were overlapping they have been resolved. An issue that was preventing just changing item textures have been fixed. The client can now recolour things properly Some interfaces had overlapping sprites, this has been fixed by globalising them (multiuse) Some interfaces used a large sprite as a background image, the Client can now generate and add borders to interfaces as it should've originally been able to. Over 50 custom interfaces have been updated to use this code Similarly to the above message "light brown", "dark brown" and "normal" sprites were being made in photoshop, the Client can now do it it's self. Donator and Vote bosses no longer appear as Leprechauns New sprite caches have been created as older ones were corrupted (317). Over 300 duplicate sprites have been removed. Some animations with gnome based NPC's have been fixed. The Event Storage interface will no longer appear when inside the Wilderness when loot has been sent there. The Event Storage interface will now only open inside the Home Area, there is code to block it elsewhere. The task master can now display all rewards instead of just 40. You can now leave the Donator Zone via the rope. The Chamber of Secrets now gives the amount of rewards as originally intended. You can now kill the Crystal Hunllef and not be in a black void when doing so. You can now exit the Chamber of Secrets upon Raid Completion, an additional exit will spawn. The combat dummys at home can now be attacked. Clue scrolls weren't available when not on a Slayer task this has been fixed, you can get them off task at a rate of 1/128 Easy caskets: Monsters from level 1 to 50 Medium caskets: Monsters from level 51 to 100 Hard caskets Monsters from level 101 to 150 Elite caskets Monsters from level 151 to 399 Master caskets Bosses over level 400 OR tagged as a Boss. Emerald members can no longer use the Looting Bag outside of the Wilderness. Elder wand (raids) will now crumble to dust when attacking outside of it's designated area. Server updates: Every once in a while, an AFK Guard will appear, failing to talk to her will put you in an "inactive" state and reset your box timer, continuing to remain AFK will result in not being able to receive boxes for the rest of your session. When skulled with Loot keys your skull will change depending on the amount of keys held. Upon killing your opponent, the Server will attempt to transfer the other players keys to you (capped at 5), if you have keys on your player, we will attempt to transfer the most expensive keys first, and destroy the rest you don't have space for. When keys can't be transferred their loot will be destroyed. This video is when the system was WIP (hence why keys fall to the floor and spawn in inventory). 2023-02-11 22-41-23.mp4 Skull system changes: All items are risk except for auto-keep and untradeables, protect item can be used. Normal Skull (keys) These skulls show how many Loot Keys you have on you! Red skull All items are risked, except for auto-keep untradeables (this means normal auto-keep items, including pets are risked on death) Blighted skull Blighted skull unlike Red and Normal allows you to protect one item (using Protect item prayers/curse, auto-keep of all varieties are kept on death) however it blocks the use of all Nifflers in all Wilderness levels and Zriawkes/Fawkes past level 30 Wilderness, a Blighted Skull can be obtained only in Revenant Caves or Donator Caves for the PvMers it offers additional damage in PvM, 2% Wilderness drop rate increase (5% Inside of Rev caves, Slayer caves and Donator caves) (stacks with trinkets) For the PvPers it offers 1.5 PKP, Increased ramdom loot chance and double blood money (stacks with trinkets). Quality of life changes: Note there is a delay on the Preset interface. Shop changes The old shop system was meant to be universal, but it was just confusing, Shops have been restored to how they were supposed to be in the past and a new system has been implemented to help further display information.
